At Vitrine Verde, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. That's why we offer a 12-month warranty on the functional components of our storage jar set: the vacuum seal and the lid.
What Does The Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers the two most essential quality features of your Vitrine Verde set:
🔒 The vacuum seal
The BPA-free silicone ring and the lid's sealing mechanism guarantee a 100% airtight seal. If this mechanism no longer functions correctly within 12 months of purchase, we will replace the affected lid free of charge.
🌿 The acacia wood lids
Our lids are made from durable acacia wood. If the wood cracks, splits, or otherwise sustains structural damage under normal use within 12 months of purchase, we will replace the lid free of charge.
What Is Not Covered By The Warranty?
- The glass; the warranty applies only to the vacuum seal and the lid
- Breakage of the glass due to bumps, drops, or improper use
- Damage due to improper maintenance; the lids should be cleaned with a damp cloth
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Damage caused by dishwasher use; the lids are not dishwasher safe
How To Claim Your Warranty?
Send an email to info@vitrineverde.com with your name and order number to activate your warranty. Do this within 30 days of purchase. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
For a warranty claim, send an email to info@vitrineverde.com with:
- Your name and order number
- A photo of the defect
We aim to process your claim within 5 business days.
